The Marksmanship Team is a team that consists of skilled marksman, both male and female, that compete against other schools in sanctioned matches. They use .177 pellet rifles. This team is designed to inspire a wholesome spirit of rivalry between each member and each high school in the district as well as a solid appreciation for firearms safety. All cadets are eligible to volunteer for the team provided they meet the following requirements:

1. Be approved by the SAI and have the desire, motivation, and capability of becoming a good marksman.

2. Agree to participate in rifle matches.

3. Pass the qualification test with a 100%.
